One of Hilton Head Island’s highlights, the beaches of Hilton Head stretch for twelve miles, and invite residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy everything from quiet walks, to building sand castles, to basking, biking, windsurfing, seashell hunting or recreation. Palmetto Dunes Resort, Port Royal Plantation, Sea Pines Resort and Shipyard Plantation offer private or semi-private beach access for property owners. Public beach access is located at Coligny Circle, Folly Field, Burke’s and Bradley Beach. Their facilities include clean restrooms, changing rooms, outside showers and vending machines. Annual beach parking passes for Island residents can be purchased at Town Hall.
